Here are my 3 favourite glute exercises at the moment:

Barbell Hip Thrust (use a Hampton Extra Thick Barbell Pad)

Single Leg RDL’s

  20 Rep Bulgarian Split Squats

 

Why Girls Should Do These Exercises:

When females do these, they’re butts start to look supported and more feminine.  Think: perky instead of plane.

Why Guys Should Do These Exercises:

When males do these, their lower body becomes more powerful and masculine looking.  They might even put some hair on your chest.
