I came across your article on how to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain but couldn’t find an article on how to use fasting for fat loss.
Martin Berkhan says to eat lot of carbs on workout days and minimum carbs on non workout days. but looks like you are suggesting to use only one lot of carb days and rest should be less than 100 gm even on workout days.
what is the difference? if my net calorie intake is less than my maintenace, will it matter if I get calories from carbs or fat? anyway those will be burned and will not store right?
could you please help me with explanation why it matters to eat less carbs even on a low calorie diet?
