What kind of things are you doing in your life right now to bring you happiness?

Shutting my day down at 430pm that I can be engaged with my family and then going to bed at 930pm so that I can wake up at 5am each day to get my day started with a workout or some important tasks.

What would your profession be if you weren’t doing fitness?

I would be an MAT therapist. They are brilliant and can restore people to “Terminator” status. Seriously, it’s amazing what MAT (muscle activation techniques) has done for my body.

If you were to buy your 20 year old self two books (one fiction, and one non-fiction), which would you give yourself?

The Cash Flow Quadrant which is apart of the Rich Dad Poor Dad series. That book introduced me to the world of wealth creation and inspired me to figure out how to buy my first home by the age of 24. That move was a game changer for me.
