Top 3 Reasons Why You Should Be Excited About Decembulk

how to build muscleMuscle…in your thoughts, it grows.

Every human movement needs it; just not a lot of it.  Aesthetically, it’s ok to be greedy, though.  I said so.

Greed is exciting.  Just like muscle, it’s enticing.  While Movember is all about making yourself look disgusting, Decembulk is all about making yourself look awesome.  The contrast is pleasing.

If you’re not already excited about Decembulk, then you’re not normal.  Decembulk is the best time of the year.

Here are three reasons why you need to be excited about Decembulk.

Summer is for fat loss, winter is for muscle gain

Every summer is all about looking lean and having shredded abs at the beach.  Even though it’s unspoken, we all know this.  It’s not a secret; it’s logic.

Naturally, it’s cool to look lean, but it’s not cool to look as skinny as a poor man’s wallet.  This happens when you’re just a little too skinny.  Sure, you lost a lot of fat, but if you don’t have a decent amount of muscle then your ribs will get more attention than your abs.

If you have a dedicated time of the year to get lean as shit, then you should have a dedicated time of the year to build as much muscle as humanly possible.

November is already taken for growing a sick and dirty moustache, so December should be the time for you to grow sick and dirty amounts of muscle.

Also, in order to grow muscle, you need to eat a lot more.  December is the holidays.  It’s also the best time to eat.  While other people are getting fat by eating during the holidays, you might as well build muscle instead.  For both parties, the scale is going up, except one is from the fat gut and the other is from lean muscle.  You know what side you want to be on.

Moustaches can actually look good…if you’re ripped

Ok ok…so you aced Movember and have an amazing moustache.  Now what?

Well, obviously you don’t want to look like a pervert.  The only way to counteract this look is to build muscle.  Instead of looking like a pervert, you can look like one of the old-time strong men.  Those guys were jacked and rocked some pretty sick moustaches.

The results speak for themselves

In a previous blog post I showed you some results from some of my Decembulk test subjects.  To reiterate, they absolutely killed it.  Scott gained 8lbs of muscle, and Tyler gained 12lbs of muscle…in one freakin’ month.  That is just sick.

Here’s Scott:

And here’s Tyler:

Luckily, I’m dropping the bomb very soon.  This means that the exact program that Tyler and Scott used for Decembulk will be available in the near future.  For more info, and to get on the waiting list to participate in Decembulk, click here now.  You’ll be the first person to know when it begins (if you think it’s December 1st, then you’re wrong.  There’s some prep work).  This, in of itself is enough of a reason to be excited for Decembulk.

Face it.  When you train, you are either trying to get rid of something, or build “another something”.  Decembulk is all about building “another something”.  Although, it’s not only growing in your thoughts this time.
